Two passport-size color photographs on glossy paper. The background of the photograph should be plain white & the dress should be in dark color.

Two attested copies of the marriage certificate are required if the name of the spouse is to be added.

Applicants are required to submit the printout copy of the filled-in Online IC application form signed in ink to the Bureau of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, New Delhi within a month, with all required supporting documents.
