FRESH IDENTITY CERTIFICATE:
- The original approval letter from the Tibetan Settlement Office, Central Tibetan Administration.
- Two sets of attested copies of the valid Registration Certificate (RC).
- Two passport-size color photographs on glossy paper. The background of the photograph should be plain white & the dress should be in dark color. Photograph Guidelines
- Two attested copies of “present address” proof (Aadhaar/running bank passbook with affixed photo/electricity bill/rent agreement etc.) Please refer the link for more details
- Two attested copies of the marriage certificate are required if the name of the spouse is to be added OR Joint declaration in lieu of Marriage Certificate Annexure-J.
- Proof of Birth: (Two sets of attested copies of any one of the following) OR may refer to the link
- Birth certificate issued by the Municipal Authorities or the Office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths.
- Transfer/School leaving/Matriculation Certificate issued by the school last attended/recognized educational board.
Applicants are required to submit the printout copy of the filled-in Online IC application form signed in ink to the Bureau of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, New Delhi within a month, with all required supporting documents.

- སྐྱེས་ཚེས་ལག་འཁྱེར་རམ་འཛིན་རིམ་བཅུ་པའམ་སློབ་གྲྭའི་གནས་སྤོ་ལག་འཁྱེར་ངོ་བཤུས་གཉིས་རེ། གཞན་ངོས་ལེན་ཡོད་པའི་ཡིག་ཆ་ཁག་གི་ཞིབ་ཕྲ་དྲྭ་ཐོག་ཏུ་གཟིགས་གནང་ཡོང་བར་ཞུ། passportindia.gov.in

- སོ་སོའི་ལག་དེབ་སེར་པོ་སྟེང་བཟའ་ཟླའི་མིང་གསར་སྣོན་ཞུ་དགོས་ཚེ་གཉེན་སྒྲིག་ལག་འཁྱེར་གྱི་ངོ་བཤུས་གཉིས་ཡང་ན་དྲྭ་ཚིགས་ཐོག་ཡོད་པའི་Annexure-J བཀང་ནས་འབུལ་རྒྱུ།
