FRESH IDENTITY CERTIFICATE:
- The original approval letter from the Kashag Secretariat, Central Tibetan Administration Dharamshala, H.P.
- Two sets of attested copies of the valid Registration Certificate (RC).
- Two passport-size color photographs on glossy paper. The background of the photograph should be plain white & the dress should be in dark color. Photograph Guidelines
- Two attested copies of “present address” proof (Aadhaar/running bank passbook with affixed photo/electricity bill/rent agreement etc.) Please refer the link for more details
- Proof of Date of Birth: (Two sets of attested copies of any one of the following)
- Birth certificate issued by the Municipal Authorities or the Office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths.
- Transfer/School leaving/Matriculation Certificate issued by the school last attended/recognized educational board.
- Original and attested copy of School bonafide certificate certifying date and place of birth with parents name.
- Original and an attested copy of Affidavit stating date and place of birth with parents name, if one has R.C.
Applicants are required to submit the printout copy of the filled-in Online IC application form signed in ink to the Bureau of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, New Delhi within a month, with all required supporting documents.
