Mr. Karma Choeying takes over as the new Secretary, Bureau of HH the Dalai Lama

Mr. Karma Choeying, Additional Secretary at the Department of Home, CTA has taken over as the new Secretary, Bureau of HH the Dalai Lama, New Delhi.

In a formal ceremony held yesterday May 6, Mr. Tsering Dhondup, outgoing Secretary handed over the charge to Mr. Karma Choeying.

Mr. Karma Choeying had earlier served in Bureau as its Secretary from 2010-11.

Mr. Tsering Dhondup has been transferred to the Tibetan Reception Centre in Dharamsala as its new Director.
