2. Medical Insurance Support Letter
   To obtain the medical insurance support letter, submit:
   1. Filled-in Delhi University application form
   2. Copy of a valid Registration Certificate (RC)
   3. Copy of Green Book biodata page and latest updated payment page
   4. TMS / Medical Insurance document of the applicant
