Oct. 13 (The Australian): Liu Xia, wife of Liu Xiaobo, who became the first Chinese to won the Nobel Peace Prize said her husband wanted to pass on the following message to the world:

“Thank you to the Nobel Committee for giving this prize to a Chinese criminal, someone who has disappeared for 20 years in China. And thank you to Vaclav Havel, to the Dalai Lama, to Desmond Tutu and to all who have supported me and cared about me over these last 20 years of struggle.”
