Kalon Dolma Gyari Attends Memorial Service for Late RSS Chief
NEW DELHI: Kalon for the Central Tibetan Administration’s home department, Dolma Gyari, attended a memorial service for former RSS Chief K.S. Sudarshan at Talkatora Indoor Stadium in Delhi on 30 September 2012. Shri Sudarshan passed away in Raipur on 15 September 2012 after a heart attack. He was 81.
Thousands of people from all over India attended the memorial service. Dignitaries present include Nitin Gadkari, President of BJP; Suresh Joshi, RSS; Dr David Frawley of American Institute of Vedic Studies; Imam Umer Ahmed Ilyasi, President of All India Organization of Imams of Mosques; Indresh Kumar, RSS, Ashok Singhal, VHP and Industrialist BK Modi.
Addressing the gathering, Kalon Gyari Dolma expressed her deep condolences at demise of Shri Sudarshan and lamented that Tibet has lost an old and true friend.
She also appealed for support from the Indian public to end the Chinese government’s repression in Tibet which is pushing Tibetans to set themselves on fire.
