Feb. 14 (TibetanReview.net): Despite repeated appeals, including from the exile Tibetan parliament, the Dalai Lama has hinted at an intention to announce his retirement from government roles over the coming months. He has added, however, that he would never waver from his commitment to fight for the Tibetan cause.
“Talks of my retirement have been causing concern among Tibetans, but, let me clarify that they need not to worry, even after retirement, I shall fulfill my responsibility and commitments.
“I am committed to Tibetan problem/cause for entire of my life, my physical existence is meant for Tibet and Tibetans,” His Holiness was quoted as saying.
