Below is the public schedule of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. All events are free and open to the public unless noted. For ticketed events, people are requested to contact the organizers directly or visit the listed websites for further information on tickets.
For all teachings in Dharamsala, registration is required in order to attend. Registration begins a few days before the actual start of the teaching and ends the day before the first day of the teaching. Registration hours are from 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm at the Branch Security Office in McLeod Ganj (Bhagsunath Road near Hotel Tibet). Kindly bring your passport for registration. A nominal fee of Rs. 10 will be charged.
For your information, as a long-standing policy His Holiness the Dalai Lama does not accept any fees for his talks. Where tickets need to be purchased, organizers are requested by our office to charge the minimum entrance fee in order to cover their costs only.

Live Webcast Dialogue
His Holiness the Dalai Lama will engage in a dialogue on the theme Creating a Happier World with Prof. Lord Richard Layard, Chair, Action for Happiness and Co-Director, Community Well-Being Program at the London School of Economics from 9 am to 10 am (Indian Standard Time). This will be followed by a question and answer session. His Holiness the Dalai Lama will give a short talk on Compassion and Women from 9 am to 10 am (Indian Standard Time) organized by Femmes Internationales Murs Brisés (FIMB), an international French-based NGO working with women in the areas of education, health, environment, interfaith, etc. He will then answer questions from a few members of FIMB. His Holiness the Dalai Lama will give a short general teaching from approximately 9 am to 10 am (Indian Standard Time) for a group of Indonesian school students followed by a question and answer session organized by a Buddhist community Kadam Choeling Indonesia. This is part of a program which visits schools in different cities in Indonesia to tell stories from the Jataka Tales.
