China arrest another Kirti monk in Ngaba

May 12 (Phayul): Chinese authorities in Tibet’s Ngaba County have on May 9 arrested Lobsang Rinchen, a 21-yr-old Tibetan monk of Kirti monastery.

Lobsang is the son of Tsamring Tsang family of pastoral division 2 of Meuruma township in Ngaba county. It is not yet known what led to Lobsang’s arrest.
