New Delhi, April 27

As per Kashag notification dated 17/04/2018,  the Secretary of Bureau of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, New Delhi Mr. Tsewang Gyalpo Arya has been transferred to Department of Home of Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) Dharamshala as Additional Secretary w.e.f. from 15th May 2018.

Joint Secretary Mr. Tsering Dhondup, Protocol and Media officer at the Bureau has been appointed the new Secretary.

After completion of Handing and Taking over of the files and assets on 27th April 2018, the Representative Kasur Ngodup Dongchung thanked the out going Secretary for his four and half years of dedicated service at the Bureau and welcomed the new Secretary Tsering Dhondup.
