Thekchen Chöling, Dharamsala, HP, India – His Holiness the Dalai Lama has written to Omar Abdullah to congratulate him on his coalition’s success in the recent Legislative Assembly elections and his appointment as Chief Minister of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
