ལམ་སྟོན་འཕར་མའི་གསལ་བསྒྲགས།
ཉེ་ལམ་ལག་བྲིས་ཕྱི་བསྐྱོད་ལག་དེབ་སེར་པོ་རྙིང་པ་(Non-machine readable IC) ཡོད་མཁན་བོད་མི་འགའ་ཤས་ཕྱི་བསྐྱོད་གནང་སྐབས་གནམ་ཐང་ལ་དཀའ་ངལ་བྱུང་བའི་གནས་ཚུལ་བྱུང་འདུག འདི་ནས་རྒྱ་གར་ལག་དེབ་ལས་ཁུངས་སུ་དེ་ལྟར་སྙན་སེང་ཞུས་པར། རྒྱལ་སྤྱི་གནམ་འགྲུལ་མཐུན་ཚོགས་ནས་ལག་བྲིས་ཕྱི་བསྐྱོད་ལག་དེབ་ཡོངས་བརྩི་མེད་གཏང་རྒྱུ་དང་། ཀཱོམ་པཱུ་ཀྲར་བརྒྱུད་ལམ་བཟོས་པའི་ཕྱི་བསྐྱོད་ལག་དེབ་ (Machine readable passport) ཁོ་ན་རྩ་འཛིན་གནང་རྒྱུའི་གསལ་བསྒྲགས་གནང་ཡོད་འདུག འདི་རང་རེའི་ཕྱི་བསྐྱོད་ལག་དེབ་སེར་པོ་དེའང་དེ་ལྟར་སྤྱི་མཚུངས་ཡིན་མིན་གྱི་གསལ་ཁ་མི་འདུག་ནའང་། མ་འོངས་དཀའ་ངལ་མི་འཕྲད་ཆེད་སྔོན་བརྟན་དུ་ད་ལྟ་ནས་ལག་དེབ་གསར་པར་བསྒྱུར་དགོས་གལ་མཐོང་འདུག་ན། ལག་བྲིས་ལག་དེབ་རྙིང་པ་རྒྱབ་ཤ་མཁྲེགས་པོ་ཡོད་མཁན་ཡོངས་ནས། ཤོག་བུ་འཕར་མ་དགོས་ཀྱི་ཡོད་པ་ཡང་ན་གཞན་་[གཤམ་འཁོད་དབྱིན་ཡིག་ལམ་སྟོན་ལ་གཟིགས།]གྱི་ཁོངས་སུ་ཀཱོམ་པཱུ་ཊར་བརྒྱུད་སྙན་ཞུ་གང་མྱུར་གནང་རོགས་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་དང་། འདི་ནས་ལག་དེབ་གསར་པ་གང་མྱུར་ཐོན་ཐབས་འབད་བརྩོན་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་དང་། ཅི་ཏེ་གང་མྱུར་ལག་དེབ་རྙིང་པའི་ཐོག་ཕྱི་བསྐྱོད་གནང་དགོས་གནས་སྟངས་ཆགས་ཡོད་ན་འདི་གར་འབྲེལ་བ་གནང་རོགས་ཞུ། ལྡི་ལི་དོན་ཁང་ནས་ ༢༠༡༥ ཟླ་ ༡༡ ༢༥ ལ།། །།
REVISED PUBLIC ADVISORY
This is to inform that the people traveling on old hand written Identity certificate (IC) may face problem at the airport and immigration. Therefore, all are requested to apply for the replacement at the earliest. Application should be made for replacement: [Go to Reissue of Identity Certificate, Select change in Personal Particulars. Select Others, Please Specify, write “Change of Handwritten to Machine Readable IC”. Exhaustion of pages is also OK. Documents required for applying Machine Readable Identity Certificate in return of Handwritten Identity Certificate are as follows:
- Latest original IC with two sets of attested copies of front and last inside covering page with NORI page.
- Two sets of attested copies of Registration Certificate (RC) Page 1 to 5 and the last valid extension page.
- If the latest IC is issued by a Foreign Mission, the applicant must also submit the original IC and two sets of attested copies of the last IC issued by the Regional Passport Office (RPO), New Delhi.
- Four passport size color photographs with white background.
- Two attested copies of marriage certificate are required if name of the spouse is to be added.
- Applicants are required to submit the print out copy of filled-in Online IC application form to Bureau of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, New Delhi within a month, with all required supporting documents.Online payment is not required. For information on payment click here
Note: The Validity of Machine Readable Identity Certificate in return of Handwritten Identity Certificate will remain same as the old handwritten IC. Therefore, those who has handwritten IC with the validity up to December 2016, are advised to renew their IC under the Category of REISSUE OF IDENTITY CERTIFICATE: (Renewal after expiry of 10 years). The process of renewing IC for 10 ten years validity will follow usual processing time that requires NORI Inquiry and MEA clearance.
