All the Tibetan students applying for Master’s Degree and above are required to approach Foreign Students’ Registry Office (FSR) directly for submission of application form and as well to follow up their case. Bureau will provide them with a supporting letter so that they can register and take admission via foreign quota in Delhi University..

For all those students applying for Undergraduate degrees, the procedure will remain same as last year. All applications will be processed through Bureau in Delhi. Therefore request all schools/students to submit their filled-in application forms and the copy of class 10 pass certificate latest by 25th March 2016.

All interested student (Postgraduate and Undergraduates) have to register and fill up an online form at http://fsr.du.ac.in/registration/
